Michelle’s Experience
I have lived with complex PTSD for the majority of my life. I have had many health conditions that have manifested from trauma. For around 10 years I’ve been suffering from disk bulges due to a fall.
I have degenerative disk disease, pinched nerves, sciatica and my body is riddled with arthritis. For the past two years or so I’ve been pretty much bed ridden, due to this I made the decision to have surgery in the form of a discectomy and fusion at level C5-C6 in the hopes this would relieve some symptoms and release the pinched nerves.
Surgery was unsuccessful and left me with more pinched nerves and tremors. I’ve tried many traditional and alternative therapies over 10 years yet nothing has seemed to help.
I had a Spinal Energetics session with Catherine, which helped me so much, my lower body became free, my spine felt lengthened, a softness formed in my neck which was so tight before hand, and so much trauma that was held due to abuse was able to be let go of.
Catherine’s approach to helping me heal was beautiful I felt supported and cared for enough to cry while trauma was being released, she made it safe to do so. Due to the amount of trauma and spinal conditions I have going on, my plan is to keep being treated by Catherine and I am excited to see how much improvement I can gain by doing so.I feel words can not explain how happy I am with the process and progress one session has provided me with. Mela’s Experience – On line Sessions
My name is Mela and I have had the pleasure having Catherine heal and work on my back injury and sciatica over a course of 3 weeks. She was kind, understanding from the get go and always listened to my concerns, I could feel her energy running down my spine and lifting unwanted energy and pain within seconds of touching me. Within a day from lying in bed all week I was up and walking again. I couldn’t believe that from dragging myself on the floor and using a walking stick just to go to the bathroom, to going outside and walking around the block within 24 hours, this was and still is a miracle in my eyes. She has called to follow up a number of times to see how my progress is coming which makes me feel like she really cares and wants to see me heal . Tara’s Experience
My whole life changed when I became ill after my first covid vaccination. Having gone through surgery and immense amount of pain, I lost all hope that I would ever be out of pain… until a family member introduced me to Spinal Energetics with Catherine. The way Catherine made me feel so comfortable and worked her magic on me is beyond words. I no longer have pain and I also feel a sense of clarity after my visits with Catherine. I was first recommended by a friend to work with Catherine due to an extensive spinal injury. I had a lot of fear around practitioners as my symptoms were quite severe.

Michelle’s Experience – on Line Sessions
I had a spinal energetic healing with Catherine over zoom. Wow what a powerful healing this was, I felt so aligned after this session, my body was very blocked and Catherine helped me reconnect with my heart and throat chakra. I had a very beautiful experience the next day where my crown opened. Many years ago I had a near death experience and since have not had inner vision, I was elated that after the session with Catherine my inner vision returned and I saw geometrical patterns when I closed my eyes.
This is my second spinal flow healing, one in person and one over zoom. Catherine creates a beautiful safe space and gently guided me through letting me know what she was working on, I have a tendency to hold my breath and she promoted me when I did so this helped me get through blockages along the way. I highly recommend distant spinal flow energetic healing over zoom it works very effectively.

Catherine has been working on me in particularly on my spine to work towards releasing built up tension and misalignment through overwork, stress and in particular the last number of years of having a non-regular sleeping pattern.
It’s been an extremely educational and awareness raising exercise as much as the treatment I have had which has been amazing. I have learned what it feels like to breathe in a healthy way, I have received support with the realignment of my spine,.hips and neck and overall posture has improved.

Lee Van Leeuwen Herniated Discs
In 2022 I spent 2 weeks in hospital with bulging discs, L4,L5, S1 in my spine. I could hardly move or walk alone. After weeks of taking pain & anti-inflammatory medications, there was no improvement. It was suggested that spinal surgery was next option.
I decided to leave the hospital to look for alternative treatments.
I chose to have Spinal Energetic treatments with Catherine, which changed my life.
She assisted me to recover in a short period & return to my work at a clinic.

Continuing Treatments back home in NSW
