What is Spinal Energetics
Spinal Energetics is a dynamic modality which gently works within the body’s Energy Field and your Nervous System (brain, spinal cord and nerves) and regulates all of your body and mind functions, with billions of nerve connections and the Innate Wisdom of the body.
Spinal Energetics is a gentle, non-touch method which enables an individual’s natural energy field to self-heal, guided by unwinding and reducing tension when released in one’s nervous system.
The aim of Spinal Energetics is to promote and enhance a healthier and enjoyable lifestyle! Being free of pain and having one’s body move freely to engage in life is the optimum outcome.

This video shows the body in full Spinal Energetics, resetting the nervous system and eliminating the body of blockages. Each person’s experience with Spinal Energetics is unique to the individual and it can look and feel different for every person on the table.
Each session can bring about different understandings for the client. It is simply the precise session that the individual requires in that moment of time. Some people release emotion with sound, this could be with laughing, crying or just deep moaning. Other people may release emotions by moving and stretching their body in various ranges of movement.
Each consultation involves the practitioner (me), setting a silent intention to connect with the soul’s internal rhythm. Like a conductor leads the orchestra to perform a masterpiece, the optimum achievement is the body to self-heal. I lead the body to help it take the direction required to free it.
